Maine Rep. Laurel Libby has taken her case to the Supreme Court after being censured, preventing her from voting or speaking on the House floor until she apologizes.

The state’s attorney general said the federal dollars paid for food for schoolchildren and other essential services.

The settlement does not affect the administration's decision to sue Maine over allegations that it is violating Title IX.
