Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Anthony Stolarz was hospitalized after taking a forearm to the head during the Maple Leafs' 5-4 victory over the Florida Panthers in Game 1 on Monday, according to Chris Johnston of The Athletic. The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun reported Tuesday morning that Stolarz is no longer in the hospital:

Anthony Stolarz left midway through the second period for the Toronto Maple Leafs in a 5-4 win against the Florida Panthers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Second Round at Scotiabank Arena on Monday.

Toronto's win was overshadowed by an incident in the second period that ended up with Leafs' starting goalie Anthony Stolarz in the hospital. Panthers' Sam Bennett hit Stolarz in the head at 7:20 of the second period, and, although play stopped, no penalty was called.
