The U.S. Marshals Service confirmed Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested at about 8 a.m. at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.

The constitution allows for impeachment of judges and for two-thirds of both chambers of the Legislature to remove a judge for misconduct.
