Speed and agility exercises: side shuffle with knee lift and forward & back fast feet. These exercises are a great way to elevate the heart rate for a quick workout, or as an add on/warm up before a run, to get the legs warmed up. Try 40 seconds of each exercise, followed by 20 seconds of rest.
